· Steel conveyor system: Two high-strength heat-resistant steel strips clamp the fiber pad into the press.

· Segment pressure: The press is divided into a number of pressure zones (such as the entrance high pressure zone, the middle plasticizing zone, the exit shaping zone), and different pressures (2-5 MPa) are applied through hydraulic cylinders or servo motors.

· Heating system: The platen is heated by hot oil or steam, the temperature is usually controlled at 180-220 ° C, so that the lignin in the fiber is plasticized and the adhesive (urea-formaldehyde resin or MDI) is cured

· Thickness control: The electronic thickness gauge and hydraulic control system adjust the pressure plate spacing in real time to ensure uniform plate thickness (±0.1mm)
