Particle board
Particle board is a widely used wood based panel production, it is made by wood raw materials and wood waste materials and through apply glue and heating by press. It also can be laminating melamine on its surface to make decoration. and Particle board is Low cost, easy processing, good stability (not easy to crack deformation)
The whole production process mainly include: Raw materials → Wood chipper → Screening → Drying → Glue → Forming → Pre-press → Hot press → Cooling → Edge cutting → Sanding -→ Packing.
How each particle board production step works? let us see one by one
- Wood Chipper
For crushing wheat straw and wood based panel waste or wood to be wood chips. Its capacity can be different, such as 5-13ton/h
- Vibrating Screen
For screening different size of wood chips, and filter the unqualified wood chips. the widely used screen has rectilinear vibration, Circular vibration, elliptical vibration
- Rotary Drying
For drying wood chips, sawdust, wood flakes, biomass and others, it is a high efficiency, continuous dryer, Through rotate and how wind convection, drying the wood chips moisture.
- Glue applying
It is used to evenly spray adhesives (such as urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, etc.) onto the surface of shavings or wood chips to ensure that the adhesive material is fully mixed with wood particles to improve the bonding strength and stability of the board
- Slab Forming
For forming glued materials to be required thickness and density panel
- Continuous Multi-rollers Pre-press
For pre-pressing the loosen slab to be preliminary forming
- Multi-Daylights Hot Press
For Pressing the slab to be solid and strong
- Post treatment and Surface polishing
For cutting particle board edges and calibrating its thickness and polishing its surface, improve particle board quality
- Heating Center
For offer heating energy to particle board machines such as hot press, rotary dryer
