How to make MDF by palm waste and other wooden waste like waste furniture, plywood . the production process as:
EFB raw material → cleaning and degreasing → crushing and cooking → hot ground fiber → sizing and drying

One. Raw materials preparation
1. Sorting cleaning
Remove sediment and metal impurities from EFB (via roller screen + magnetic separator)
High pressure washing (60℃ hot water rinse, remove 30-50% of surface grease)
2. Crushing cooking
Primary crushing: The hammer crusher cuts the EFB into 20-30mm sheets
Steam softening: 0.8MPa saturated steam treatment 15-20 minutes (softened lignin)
3. Defibrination

Sizing method: high-speed centrifugal spray (coverage ≥95%)
2. Drying and setting
Three stage pulsed air drying:
Inlet temperature 180℃→ Outlet temperature 70℃
Moisture content control: 8±1% (infrared online monitoring)

Pavement preloading
Mechanical + air flow paving (forming gradient density structure)
Preload pressure: 1.2-1.5MPa (eliminate fluffy layer)
